Capacity: Due to COVID, capacity is currently limited. Enquire to learn more.
Kitchen: fridge, stove for re-heating foods, microwave, no dishwasher. There is limited coffee/tea making supplies - please ask. Bring your own dishes. This is not a commercial kitchen for large cooking activities.
Table/Chairs: 7 round tables (seating 6 each), 3 rectangular tables, and 50 chairs.
Audio/Visual: white-board, projector, pull-down screen, DVD/Blue Ray player, speakers & amp.
Availability & Cost
The hall is available weeknights after 5:30 and throughout the weekends subject to prior bookings. Review booking calendar below to see availability.
Hourly Rate: $30/hour.
$200/night flat fee
covers 4:00/5:00pm - 1:00am
(no hourly rate)
Flat rates are also available for Friday evening, Saturdays and Sundays if applicable.
Rentals are confirmed upon payment received. Cancellation policy is 50% of rental fee up to two weeks in advance of rental and 0% within two weeks of rental.
Cancellations due to BC Health Orders due to COVID are 100% refundable.
COVID pre-cautions are currently in place at the hall. Most special events will be subject to an additional professional cleaning fee of $125 and weekly renters are subject to special self-cleaning procedures.
All renters are required to pay a damage deposit of $150 which is returned after your event upon no damage.
All renters are required to become a member of the association.
Most renters are required to obtain liability insurance prior to their rental.
